Discuss your workflow

Business automation

Put repetitive work on autopilot.

An inquiry comes in. The details reach the right person. A follow-up is ready when it’s needed. I connect your tools to make those steps happen.

Built around your process, with people in control.

Where automation helps

Three places to start.

Respond to inquiries

Acknowledge requests, answer from approved information, and hand the conversation to staff when it needs a person.

Follow up consistently

Notify the right person about unanswered inquiries and outstanding tasks, with timing agreed around your process.

Connect business tools

Move information between supported forms, inboxes, calendars, and business systems without copying it by hand.

Try it for yourself

See what happens to an inquiry.

Choose a fictional inquiry, make it your own, and see how a configured workflow could handle the first steps.

Interactive demo using sample data Ready to run

Start with an inquiry

Use fictional details. This example stays in your browser; no real messages are sent or reminders scheduled.

Example activity

  1. Inquiry recorded

    Waiting

Capture the request so it can be followed up.

  2. Customer acknowledged

    Waiting

Confirm receipt with an approved reply.

  3. Owner notified

    Waiting

Give the right person the details and next action.

  4. Follow-up reminder scheduled

    Waiting

Plan a reminder if the request still needs attention.

Ready when you are. Four example steps, all local to this page.

How we build it

Start with one useful workflow.

We’ll map what happens today, choose the steps worth automating, and agree on where a person should take over.

  1. Review the current workflow

Walk through what happens today, who is involved, and where work gets repeated or missed.

  2. Confirm the connections and scope

Check what your software supports. Agree on triggers, permissions, approvals, and exceptions.

  3. Build and test

Configure the workflow and test typical requests, incomplete information, and failure handling.

  4. Launch with a clear handoff

Document the setup, walk staff through it, and maintain it according to the support you choose.

What is included

Ready for everyday use.

  • Workflow configuration
  • Integration setup
  • Testing
  • Staff walkthrough
  • Documentation

Ongoing monitoring and maintenance are available as an optional, agreed scope.

Pricing

A clear quote before we build.

Setup is quoted for your specific workflow: the tools, connections, and testing it needs. Ongoing management is optional.

Software subscriptions and messaging costs depend on the agreed setup. Those requirements are discussed before the build.

Frequently asked questions

The practical details.

Can you use our existing software?

Often, but the connection needs to be checked first. TDS reviews available integrations, APIs, account permissions, and plan restrictions before including a tool in the scope. If a connection is not practical, we can discuss alternatives.

Does this require AI?

No. Many workflows use straightforward rules, templates, and data transfer. If AI is useful for a particular step, its role, limits, and handling of information are discussed as part of the scope.

Can staff approve replies?

Yes, approval steps can be part of the agreed workflow where the connected tools support them. For example, a reply can be prepared for review before a staff member authorizes it to send.

What happens when a workflow fails?

We agree on how failures should be surfaced and who should handle them. Depending on the setup, that can include alerts, safe retries, or a manual handoff. Failure scenarios are included in testing; monitoring and response arrangements are defined in the support scope.

Who owns the connected accounts?

Your business should own its business accounts. Access, hosting, credentials, and any third-party subscriptions are documented and agreed during setup so responsibilities are clear.

What does ongoing support include?

It depends on the agreement. Support may include monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjustments as tools or processes change. The scope, availability, and cost are defined before ongoing work begins.
